VP/AVP - Engineering (8-18 yrs)
- Work with Product owners and managers to understand product vision and delivery roadmap
- Analyze how all elements of the functional, software and cloud ecosystem would work together and drive purpose-fit technical architecture design forward
- Develop technical specification artefacts, documentation, diagrams (HLD, LLD, TRD)
- Lead, manage and build a great developer organization through mentoring, recruiting, training, and support
- Build developers' toolkit and team structures following agile principles, DevSecOps toolchain and CI-CD pipelines
- Drive comprehensive testing strategy, guidelines, and standards (TDD/BDD) following "Shift-left" mindset
- Manage Specifications, design reviews, development, code reviews, test coverage and debugging of massively scalable, event-driven microservices-based and high-performance cloud-native applications (Mobile, Web, Client).
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels.
- Identify and communicate project KPIs / matrices and ensure release objectives are met by delivering high-quality products
- Take accountability for moving the key business metrics within your area and provide thought partnership to the product team and ensure collaboration among product, engineering, SRE, infrastructure and business operation teams
- Analyze customer traction, problems and drive long term technology vision and solutions to evolve the products' scalability, performance, reliability and supportability
