VP/AVP - Derivative Sales - Treasury & Markets - Financial Services (5-10 yrs)
We are hiring for one of our leading financial services client in Mumbai:
Job Purpose:
1. Contribute to an active derivative sales desk catering to corporate clients
2. Build relationships with clients and create innovative solutions to optimise risk management for clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the Sales budget and achieve individual profit targets with an acceptable ROE.
2. Enhance product & delivery capabilities in FX and Derivatives Sales with strong risk management and corporate governance.
3. Build strong client relationships
4. Build strong internal relationships with IBG, GTS, DCM, trading desk, T&M-HO to deliver client solutions
5. Meet existing and potential clients to explore & offer treasury solutions
6. Work with various internal stakeholders to develop new treasury products
7. Work with clients to offer Analytics solutions to clients to manage risks on the balance sheet
8. Ensure appropriate Management Information & Control systems are in place
9. Build relationships with IBG/ GTS to increase T&M cross-sell in the portfolio
Requirements:
1. 4-8 years relevant experience
2. Post Graduation in Finance (MBA/ CA)
