VP/AVP - Business Intelligence Unit - Wholesale Banking (10-15 yrs)
Role is based in Mumbai
Prior Experience of BIU in Wholesale Banking is Must
Team management experience is a must
- Drive strategic initiatives by working in conjunction with Wholesale banking functions.
- Develop integrated management & execution plans as necessary to deliver short term and long term results. Monitor and report progress against plans.
- Analyse business & customer needs to identify issues, trends, and growth opportunities
- Interface between the various functions of the wholesale bank and teams across the Bank to ensure strong support for key initiatives, and provide feedback to the stakeholders
- A Team Leader role - Facilitate teamwork, cross-area, and cross-functional collaboration and individuals- professional development
Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in banking/financial services, CA / MBA from a reputed institute
- Preferred proficiency in business planning, financial analysis & stakeholder management.
- Ability to cultivate a high-performance team to deliver in a fast-paced business environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence & negotiate, strong verbal and written communications skills
