VP - Product Pricing Analytics - EPP/ECM - Credit Card Domain - IIM/FMS/MDI/IIT/NIT (10-15 yrs)

Knowledge and Expertise -

- Comprehensive knowledge and effective use of analytical tools including SQL and SAS.

- Ability to create analytical framework from inception to finish, evaluate profitability of program such as ECM program and EPP campaign

- Good understanding of statistical tests and interpretation of results

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Key Accountabilities -

- Process proposals, business cases and strategies in a short time frame to work hands on and develop an analytical framework that enables the measurement of performance of existing and future activities

- Relationship management to work with multiple teams - getting inputs and aligning on assumptions to create modelling approach for evaluating programs. Managing senior stakeholder expectations

- Create customized views that enable business teams to implement pricing strategies.

- Influence and ensure proper conduct, serve as the first line of defence for the business to take appropriate decisions basis the model output.

Stakeholder Management and Leadership

- Share analytical insight with the commercial teams in a clear and concise manner.

- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Risk and Business Intelligence teams to drive business value.

Problem Solving

- Ability to evaluate complex business proposals and develop a go or no go response.

- Formulate the modelling approach for evaluating product value proposition, equal payment plan program and apply learnings from historical campaigns to create a forecast.

Team Player

- Ability to work with peers and senior management simultaneously to achieve shared business objectives

- Knowledge sharing and guiding colleagues to contribute to the innovation agenda of the team

- Project management skills Ability to work on several projects with a varied range simultaneously

- Conceptual thinking - Strong strategic thinker with good intellect and ability to focus on the whole portfolio of acquisition activities and their associated value generation.

- Team work Commitment and ability to work with, and in, cross-functional and virtual teams.

- Communication Effectively and concisely communicate key issues and ideas across all levels. Good written and oral communication skills, ability to turnaround crisp presentations for upper management

- Analytical skills Ability to problem solve and translate data into relevant information, use analytical and statistical solutions such as Monte Carlo to improve predictive ability.

- Innovation Ability to develop analytical solutions in house to evaluate business programs. Implement latest predictive modelling techniques such as Decision tree, logistic regression etc.

- Value based business perspective - Ability to analyse all programs on a value basis, interpret results at the overall level and decompose key value drivers.
