Pinnacle Solutions is looking fwd to hire for one of its Startup Clients, who are starting up in the space of "SME Lending" and are based out of Bangalore.

Started by two Stanford passouts, the two Co Founders have excellent pedigree behind them having worked at organization of high repute like McKinsey, in the US.

The startup already has a committed investment of USD 2Mn for the venture and now the team is planning to ramp up and hire some key talent to kick start operations at a Larger Scale.

For now, we are looking fwd to hire for the profile of VP Analystics

VP of Modeling

- Lead development of our unique credit-underwriting model, and work to continuously improve and expand its scope.

Role requirements

- Statistical modeling experience

- At least 2 years experience in credit risk modeling, customer segmentation, forecasting, and/or social media analytics

- Ability to bridge disparate data sets to get a 360 degree customer view.

- Data modeling experience

- Experience in cleaning and transforming data for effective risk modeling

- Proficiency with MS Excel and SQL

- Business intelligence and reporting experience

- Experience in designing reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis using either MS Excel, custom-built reporting platforms or existing BI solutions like Cognos, Pentaho or Jasper Reports

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Exposure to start up environments

- Comfortable interacting in a creative, fast-paced, and fun team

Experience : 4+ years

Qualification: BS, MS, or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field

Bonus points

- Experience working at a financial services firm (e.g., credit cards, insurance)

- Exposure to big data analytics and machine learning techniques
