Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA

Position Summary :

The Franchisee Business Managers will be part of the franchisee development team for franchisee expansion at the respective zone. The franchisee manager will be responsible for different location.

Key Responsibilities :

- Presenting our Franchisee Business proposal to the potential franchisee.

- Doing a profiling of the potential franchisee.

- Evaluating the retail location for a potential store along with the franchisee for their existing location.

- Identifying a new location.

- Attending franchisee exhibitions in their region.

- Expansion of the franchisee in their respective region.

- Presenting and closing on a valuable business preposition.

Job specification :

Desired skills :

- Experience in handling franchisee.

- Sound knowledge of Business economics.

- Understanding of statistical analysis.

- Good Experience in Team handling.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Desired qualification & experience:

- 5 to 7 yrs in retail organization in franchisee business development and franchisee servicing.
