As we focus only on the legal domain, we are looking for legal professionals who can be part of Volody's mission of providing smart contract lifecycle management solutions to businesses globally.

Candidate profile :

- The candidate should be qualified lawyer from premier institute with minimum 2 years experience working for corporate or LPO

- Working on global legal agreements of varieties, part of negotiations with multiple stakeholders

- Use of technology solution for managing legal contracts or extraction of clauses will be a big plus

- Good communications, problem solving, troubleshooting and team player

- Should be keen learner and always looking for tech solutions for legal processes

Job Responsibilities :

- Candidate will be involved with customers in their implementation journey and helping them in attaining goal of 100% digitization

- Legal Research and working with technology & operations team to provide support on legal domain

- Building Contract Playbook, clauses playbook and governance standards to help corporate legal functions to be future ready

- The job in-office role (Mumbai) however candidates can be considered for remote work based on credentials.
