About the role: We're looking to hire someone to manage the Investor Relations function at Vogo. As a part of this role, you will handle a large portfolio. You will: - Run all debt / equity related transactions end to end for the company - Lead conversations with potential investors on the company, market etc - Manage key relationships with the board, bankers, lawyers among others - Help create material and data rooms required to run a fundraise process Who we're looking for: - You have 4 -7 years of experience in corporate development, strategy and investment banking - You have extremely strong communication (verbal, written, graphic) skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain business relationships. - You are excellent at stakeholder management - can manage relationships across levels and help unblock/move things - You have strong financial modelling and data analysis skills - You have managed a strong team of corporate finance analysts/associates before - You have a good understanding of overall investment process including term sheets, diligence and definitive documentation - You hold an MBA from one of the top schools in India / abroad
