About VOGO:

We, at VOGO, are building India's largest transportation company. Today, we all regularly experience the inconvenience of waiting for 15 min for an expensive auto or cab to just take us for a 15-minute ride. Not anymore: just walk up to our VOGO scooter next door, press OTP to start and then reach your destination in 10 minutes at half the price of a cab or auto.

Launched in 2016 by IIT-IIM Alumni, we currently operate a large fleet of scooters across 4 cities in India.

Role:

- Leading and managing the team of Executives to offer the best Customer experience

- Recruit & Manage the fleet of executives and ensure an efficient work environment.

- Monitoring real-time service levels and schedule adherence.

- Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends.

- Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirements.

- Arrange fleets and fleet operational staff to provide support and schedule Special Event Planning.

- Perform vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation regarding induction of new vehicles in existing fleet.

- Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations.

- Maintain and monitor the data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests.

- Streamline and monitor fuel purchase system with the assistance of Fuel Cards for all vehicles and drivers.

- Participate in various workshops and educational programs and maintain knowledge on all industry relevant publications.

- Develop and implement standard operational standards to maintain vehicles by advocating best practices in industry.

- Provide direction to department staff to regulate budget cycle requirements and control budgeting process.

- Plan, process and execute vehicle purchase and vehicle replacement through efficient settlement.

- Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to manage the entire fleet to achieve company objectives.

Desired Skills (Must Haves):

- Relevant work experience of 2+ years in Operations with hands-on exposure in handling a team of blue collared employees.

- Experience in fleet management
