Job Description:
The role will give you the opportunity to set up and be part of a new HR experience for one of the fastest growing start up by recruiting and nurturing the best of talent.
- You will be responsible for growing Vogo's employee base by recruiting the best talent across tech and non-tech positions
- The role will require you to source, screen, interview, assess and recruit high volumes of candidates
- You will manage the recruiting process end to end - from writing the JD, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews to closing the hire, including reference checks
- You will have to ensure there is a continuous talent pipeline for all our open positions
- Engage with Managers on key employee matters related to Staffing, Learning & Development, Performance Management etc.
- Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes (communication of HR process/policies to employees, 1:1 connect, brown bag sessions etc)
- Rhythm of the business process support in annual Performance discussions, Compensation planning & Promotions process, Talent Reviews, Reward programs, Global Employee Survey action planning etc
- Performance management process coaching & education for manager & employees
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records.
- Communicate effectively at all levels of staff and management
- Advise on employment statutes, rules, regulations and policies affecting team members.
- Recommend, develop, interpret and clarify personnel procedures and policies.
- Develop and implement human resources programs and policies
- Handling employee issues and assist in counseling employees and problem-solving
- Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs
Requirements:
- Should have at least 2-5 year of relevant experience in Recruitment.
- Start-up experience & Volume hiring experience preferred
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and organization and attention to detail;
- Must be a team player who works well in fast paced environment
- Strong ethics and the ability to maintain confidential information
