About the Role:
You would be leading our growth strategy and execution through product, marketing, partnerships and demand supply matching
What You'll Do:
- Lead our growth strategy through constantly testing, measuring and iterating plans.
- Work with marketing team to develop best in class marketing campaigns optimized for conversion,
- Build partnerships through multiple channels to drive customers to Vogo
- Use data to identify product need gaps and influence product roadmap
What You'll Need :
- 2-4 years of experience in growth focused roles.
- An analytical bent of mind
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment
