Vogo - Communications Lead (4-8 yrs)
Brief:
We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Communications Manager to lead our communications department. In this position, you will be in charge of producing high-quality content that engages customers & stakeholders and builds brand recognition. Also, leading development of collateral for company's brand, products, and services.
Corporate brand management & Online PR on mediums like LinkedIn & Twitter, would be an integral part of the job. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organizational skills.
Responsibilities: Brand & Communication
- Develops content and directs creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message
- Builds and maintains partnerships with internal stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals.
- Develop and implement effective brand campaigns that build customer awareness, recall & loyalty.
- Track & measure campaign performance to help with recommendations for future.
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
- Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
- Create branding, communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
Responsibilities: PR & Social Media
- Design & execute a framework for corporate brand building & management on social media - Specially LinkedIn & twitter
- Work closely with Public relations agency to accomplish our media goals
- Create informative and engaging press notes, newsletters, and media collateral
- Plan & implement online PR content calendar & campaigns for Linked & Twitter to enhance corporate brand reputation
- Manage corporate brand pages on social media & help with founders- pages.
Requirements:
- Strong, versatile copy-writing & content writing skills
- A minimum of 4 years experience in brand, communications, social media & PR
- Experience of working with digital agencies (social, PR) or/and consumer start-ups
- Robust understanding of content marketing & communications
- Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
