We, at VOGO, are building India's largest transportation company. Today, we all regularly experience the inconvenience of waiting for 15 min for an expensive auto or cab to just take us for a 15-minute ride. Not anymore: just walk up to our VOGO scooter next door, press OTP to start and then reach your destination in 10 minutes at half the price of a cab or auto.
Launched in 2016 by IIT-IIM Alumni, we currently operate a large fleet of scooters across 4 cities in India.
Founding Team: Alumni of IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Bombay, and ESSEC, Paris with leadership experience in business, ops & tech across Flipkart, Amazon, Housing, Zoomcar, Lazada

Role:
1. Operations management: Responsible for managing the entire city operations including quality & availability of vehicles
2. Planning & process management: Define & execute processes to ensure smooth operations across the entire supply chain
3. Data Analytics: Use business understanding and data insights to innovate & improve processes thereby driving overall business efficiency
4. People management: Lead & motivate a team of individuals including bluecollar & BD folk across different levels to achieve the business goals
5. Consumer delight: Owner of end-to-end customer experience to delight the customer
6. Drives demand: Ensures increase in transactions through on-ground marketing tieups and initiatives
Requirements:
a) Should have onground operations/sales experience
Preferred Experience :
a. Strong people management experience
b. Ability to solve operational problems on ground
c. Perseverance: ability to get things done by staying at it
d. Self-starter: High ownership and can take initiative
e. Experience in city launches/expansion is a plus
