Responsibilities : - Ability and experience to conceptualize and build process, workflows and operating procedure from scratch and owe it. - Experience of running and managing payroll, audit and compliance. - Good understanding and ownership for designing HR budget and management of same. - Very good with data ownership and reporting. - Thorough understanding and expertise in compensation and benefits. - Ability, maturity, and experience to manage and resolve escalated HR issues at a faster pace. - Ability to deal with ambiguity without getting perplexed and deliver in a compressed time frame. - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing. - Ability to build and maintain a relationship across the board. - Must have managed a small team.
