Vogo - Associate Director - Business Finance - CA (7-10 yrs)
About VOGO:
Vogo is India's largest scooter sharing company, with operations in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mysore and a few other tier 2 & 3 cities. You will:
- Run all debt/equity-related transactions end to end for the company
- Lead conversations with potential investors on the company, market etc
- Manage key relationships with the board, bankers, lawyers among others
- Help create material and data rooms required to run a fundraising process
Who we're looking for:
- You have 7+ years of experience in corporate development, strategy and investment banking
- You have extremely strong communication (verbal, written, graphic) skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
- You are excellent at stakeholder management - can manage relationships across levels and help unblock/move things
- You have strong financial modelling and data analysis skills
- You have managed a strong team of corporate finance analysts/associates before
- You have a good understanding of the overall investment process including term sheets, diligence and definitive documentation
Qualifications Experience:
- MBA / Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of experience in Internet/E-commerce organization
- MBA (Mandatory) from one of the top schools in India / abroad
- CA(Preferable)
- Good analytical and modelling skills
- Prior experience in Business Facing Roles is mandatory / Investor facing roles is preferable
- Early-stage Start-up exposure is preferable
- Should have worked for Fundraise / due diligence/ Investor relations etc.
