Role Purpose :
- Executing direct sales strategies to maximize revenues from sales to SMEs (- Rs. 50 cr. annual turnover) in the zone and associated branch
- Expansion of SME customer base through promotional activities (such as demos and in-campus/in-company presentations)
- Managing the budget to target and acquire SME customers
Essence of Role - Key Accountabilities :
Sales :
- Achieve sales target for all voice products (Postpaid / Prepaid), VAS and business solutions (incl. Data, handsets etc.) to SMEs
- Monitor sales performance (incl. key order conversions, open calls status) on an ongoing basis towards achievement of targets by FOS
- Ensure pipeline buildup with - farming- existing accounts, potential conversions and new prospects
Revenue :
- Deliver revenue target for sales to SMEs across all products
Budgetary Control :
- Achieve savings on budgeted acquisition and marketing cost
People :
- Coaching, mentoring and retention of sales representatives and team members
- Management of off-roll employees and sales agencies
Essential :
- Management Graduate
- Prior B2B sales experience
- Leadership & people management skills
- 4-6 years experience
