Vice President - Prepaid Digital Lead


Job Purpose :


- The Digital leader within Prepaid marketing function is responsible for definition, maintenance, and enablement of the digital business vision, strategy, and objectives, updating regularly according to digital and business realities, opportunities, and threats.

- This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the business outcomes and user journeys delivered by the scoped digital channels and supporting capabilities, ensuring they are aligned to digital vision and delivering maximum value to the wider business

- This role is responsible for working with wider marketing Group Including but not limited to Product Managers, CVM, Brand, Segments, etc to define the target digital vision, enabling strategy and prioritized roadmap.

Key Result Areas:

- Own investment portfolio and business outcomes of Prepaid marketing digital initiatives

- Define coherent digital business strategy and objectives, clearly focused on the customer or end user

- Lead identification and evaluation of internal digital capabilities and external opportunities

- Define digital experience roadmap in sync with the enterprise business strategy

- Drive innovation in digital marketing and digital assets benchmarked to best in class across industries

- Monitor the progress and financials of business outcomes, communicating portfolio-level impacts to maximize rapid delivery of business value

- Communicate and align with leaders across the organization, identifying opportunities and wider-requirements for digital strategy, impacts and outcomes.

- Own the delivery of all initiatives on Digital Marketing & Digital Assets pertaining to Prepaid

- KPIs - digital marketing outcomes, digital assets penetration and usage metrics, satisfaction metrics on digital assets, digital recharging base and tertiary, impactful innovations in digital marketing and digital asset journeys & capabilities
