Job Purpose :

- Create Next Generation OSS Digitization Strategy, Plan and Implement

- Network Digitization Programs & Enterprise OSS Transformations for Vodafone Idea Limited.

- Ensure operational excellence and enhanced customer experience thru OSS Digitization / Automation.

- SNOC OSS New Services/Technology Integration. SNOC Infrastructure planning for 350 Physical Servers, 400 Virtual Servers and 700 TB Storage

Key Result Areas :

- Create OSS Digitization strategy/roadmap for mobility and fixed network & services.

- Deliver new product & services on OSS platform for Enterprise & Mobility business

- Digitize network and services for faster fulfilment and assurance

- Initiate, Plan and Deliver the projects for OSS

Applications/Platforms : Work with operations teams for continuous improvement of OSS

Applications & Automation :

- Take ownership and ensure Security, Regulatory and Legal compliance for OSS Application stack.

- Planning and Managing the budgets for OSS

Core Competency :

- 15 to 20 years of IT / Tech. role with Minimum 8 to 10 years in OSS development environment

- 2 to 3 Years on Strategy & leadership position

- Expertise in Multi-vendor, Multi-Platform OSS/BSS Applications

- Ability to drive cross-functional teams and vendors for project implementation

- Self-motivating and able to work under minimal supervision.

- Manage teams effectively.
