Role : Solution Lead - Connectivity &amp; Devices Location : Mumbai Job Purpose Role purpose : - To build customized and complex use cases for IOT connectivity around NB IOT/2G/3G/4G &amp; Private LTE - To develop ecosystem of devices and sensors for various IOT application thru in house capability/partnership approach Key Result Areas/Accountabilities : - Partner with our Upstream Sales and Business Development teams to identify new project concepts around connectivity and then develops these concepts to fill the business product portfolio. - Define the roadmap of devices and sensors for various IOT applications from Telematics, Utility, Smart city and industrial use cases - Understanding customer requirement around IOT connectivity and devices and sensors and create a feasibility matrix and technical architecture for deployment and application - Deliver pilots and proof of concepts for connectivity, device and apps and monitor the performance. - Closely coordinate and interact with bodies, regulatory agencies including TSDSI, TEC, DOT &amp; TRAI for device and connectivity specifications and participate into white papers, draft specification and ensure adherence Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience : - 6-12 years of experience in presales and solution architect experience for various wireless and wire line type of connectivity and IOT devices - Technical understanding of IOT ecosystem including Chipset, module, platform, device and application and device protocols - Knowledge of various IP technologies and protocols for both wireless and wire line solution including MPLS, HTTPS, DNS, AAA, RADIUS, IP planning, LTE, 3G/4G &amp; LPWAN etc - Should have understanding of existing regulation and standards around connectivity - Coordinate, propose workflow and execute project workflow (planning, scope, budget, quality, documentation, etc.) - Excellent communication skills including verbal, presentation, email and social interaction. with CXO level. - Must have technical / professional qualifications - Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate in Telecom is preferred - Must have worked as senior lead at Presales/Product organization for at least 6 - 12 years around solution architect role for connectivity and devices - Detail understanding of various device protocols like MQTT/CANBUS/ MODBUS/RS-232/485 - Regulatory understanding and m2m guidelines Years of Experience : 6-12 years of technical experience in connectivity and device ecosystem and specifically around wireless solutions and IOT
