Job Purpose - Drive new customer acquisition through own channel & alternate channels, with best quality.

- Postpaid Acquisition
- Acquisition Quality
- Launch New Acquisition Programs - At least 1/quarter per channel
- New Partnerships - 1 strategic partnership/quarter
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience :
- Analytical & Creative Thinking, Leadership & Team Work, Persuasive, Greater marketplace and customer understanding, Industry/market knowledge and expertise, Expert in marketing communications, Nimble, Broad Perspective
- Adequate experience in Sales & Marketing roles in FMCG, eCommerce, Financial Services or telecom
- Must have technical / professional qualifications MBA preferred.
