Content Marketing is a part of strategic marketing function responsible for establishing Vibusiness as a partner of choice through strategic marketing programs and thought provoking and engaging B2B content. The role would drive content based differentiation and segment based engagement programs to influence customer buying behaviors across industries and segments

The responsibilities include:

- Reach and engage new buyers, influencers and decision makers, building credibility in key industries through original content produced in creative fashion

- Produce whitepapers, blogs, content in short and long formats across social and digital channels

- Insight driven approach to content covering various C Suite personas across our product and Line of Business portfolios and emerging opportunity areas

- Work with segment & Proposition team (Segment - SA, SME, SoHo, Startups, Government & Carrier) to support GTM initiatives.

- Responsible for revenue driven outcomes through strategic marketing initiatives, & events management both offline and online, for Enterprise customer segments of Vibusiness.

- Drive customer engagement through content and deliver content as a service to Digital Marketing and Demand generation teams.

- Well defined content factory calendar driven with passion and operational intensity

KRAs:

- Strategic Content : Content tailored to capture attention and drive engagement of C suite personas - CXOs and customised across industries to bring relevancy.

- Content Distribution: Design and execute content distribution through campaigns, physical and virtual events

- Channel and Customer Engagement: Create and deliver digital and physical platforms to support segment with channel partner engagements and customer engagement.

- Performance Measurement: Continuous monitoring of content performance metrics and customer engagement.

- Outcome Measurement: Continuous monitoring of outcomes (#Funnel, Revenue, Relationships) and publishing dashboards of programs.
