Role title : Professional Services Reports to : Head - IoT Sales and BD Location : Delhi/Mumbai, India Role purpose : To provide strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services which assist organisations in identified industry in helping them bring together the right mix of IoT products, partners and services for their business. Key accountabilities and decision ownership : - Be considered an industry veteran ; leverage the experience to bring about industry best practices - Create a unique approach to help define the innovation journey and to harness the disruptive potential of IoT. - Creating the domain consulting and digital led growth strategy for the vertical, identifying strengths/weaknesses, new areas of growth, bring strategic perspective of industry shifts, digital led disruptions and major technology trends and their implications on VIL Go-to-market strategies and define go-to-market approaches around the major trends/shifts/big bets - Create maturity and capability framework for IoT : Understand the Customer Objectives, Optimise their solution and Make their solution robust - Create a device development and deployment framework against which companies can measure performance to run smoothly reducing costs and time to market with this right first time approach. - Support in product testing in lab and device deployment ; ability to advice fail points and create a mitigation plan - Leverage industry best practices to IoT Security Core competencies, knowledge and experience : - Must have deep domain expertise in identified industry - Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills. - 15-18 + Years of management consulting experience in big 4 consulting - Deep understanding of the IoT Value chain Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Post Graduate in Management Studies (MBA) - Engineering background or flair for technology if other graduate from other stream - Minimum 10+ years of experience in industry - Minimum 5+ years in one of the value chain of IoT Key performance indicators : 1. Win 2 consulting project on maturity mapping, IoT Strategy, Device strategy 2. Author and publish 2 whitepapers in key publication/Policy creation
