Vodafone Idea - Product Manager - Consumer IoT Products

Role : Product Manager C-IOT

 Function / Department : Consumer IOT

Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose :

- To develop and support a market leading IOT product portfolio and E2E ecosystem

- As a Product Manager, he will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and develop innovative consumer IOT products. He must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open, collaborative peer environment.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :

- Lead definition and successful delivery of product roadmap for C-IOT

- Drive and manage electronics design, Quality and manufacturing of the product

- E2E product lifecycle management, which includes market research, competition analysis, dev-ops and program management of IOT products & platform

- Conceptualizing category specific use cases and conduct POCs for new products

- Manufacturing Partner management and new products onboarding

- Work closely with Management and the engineering team to define and provide product requirements for the product and managing the TAT at the same time

- Combine tactical roadmaps and requirements into a compelling product and evangelize that vision within the organization

- Help determine and drive buy/build/partner/acquire solutions for products as necessary

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience :

Must have technical / professional qualifications :

- BE-Electronics/IT and MBA

Years of Experience :

- 6+ years of experience with 4+ years of IOT/Consumer durable product management experience
