Job Purpose
- To manage & lead CVM Capabilities across - Platforms & CVM Channels; Integrations to facilitate driving consumer business revenue & other key business KPI's.
- Role is the responsible end to end CVM Capability management, business partner evaluations, transformation project rollouts, Channel integrations, Enabling Technical Efficiencies & Feature Development & Vendor management
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :
- Formulate a strategy for CVM platforms, new capabilities/feature developments to achieve the objectives of leading the industry in ARPU, churn control and high-value market share.
- Transforming enablement of Digital CVM journeys through exploration, facilitating coordination & integrating the company's own platforms/assets, paid & third-party digital assets- Web/App/Wallets/RCS etc through deep customizations.
- Capacity Planning & Authorizing - Plan and facilitate integration of various down streams online & offline schemas, data warehouse, big data platform/ data Lake to CVM Platforms; authorizing CVM platform in/out feeds from upstream & downstream systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams- IT, technology, Campaign Manager & other platform partners & product marketing teams for driving business, revenue KPI's & incremental ROI- s, offer configurations, catalog fulfillment.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience :
Experience, Technical/Professional Qualification :
- BE+ MBA with 8+ years of work experience - In sales & consumer marketing. Some telecom experience preferred.
- Technology architecture and its impact on business, SAS CI Studio experience preferred
- Consumer insights and proposition development
- Business management experience with a focus on product management & product marketing
