Job Purpose: Overall responsibility for activities at a Franchisee management for VIL Retail Franchisee management
KRAs:
- Franchisee Lead must have good experience of Channel Management starting with identification, shortlisting, finalizing and driving business from existing & new.
- Driving business through B2C & B2B sales of Postpaid, Prepaid, Cloud products, ensuring channel profitability & stability.
- Increase CMS & MARPU from acquired customers.
- High T4M & T6M retention of customers.
- Competition tracking and benchmarking.
- Uniform customer experience by means of high TNPS scores, good EQ scores.
- Improve Digital adaption.
