Job Purpose:
- Developing framework for monthly Balanced Score Card
- Measuring performance against KPIs which can be used to demonstrate how well the commercial strategy is being achieved
- KPI monitoring & Governance through Balance Scorecard
- BSC enhancement and management for 22 Circles, 28 KPIs, 42 Sub KPIs
- Develop and implement operational efficiency frameworks like CRIS (Cost Reduction Through Innovation & Synergy) & TBPs (Transferrable Best Practices) across circles
- Implementing changes in SAP CMO module and roll out of the CMO module for tracking PAN India commercial savings
- Drive & implement Commercial Themes, TBP across Pan-India
- Responsible for PAN India audit (excluding Internal & ISO) and also ensure compliance of Related Party Transaction (RPT)
- Manage reporting, compliances and interface for auditors and ensuring any supporting required for audit and any issues are addressed in timely manner
- Drive Authorized Economic Operator (AEO ) - T2 Certification, by coordinating and respective stakeholders and application as per prescribed standards and guidelines
- Spearheading compilation of significant achievements, news, innovations and best practices spearheaded and executed by the commercial team
- Implementing changes and roll out of SharePoint portal across circle
- Driving Knowledge Management (KM) session to enable building culture of knowledge learning and sharing
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities This includes following -
- Drive and deliver Balanced Scorecard
- Develop and implement operational efficiency frameworks like CRIS, TBP projects
- Define and drive Commercial themes, Special project - Saving Portal, GRC, AEO Logistic- Defensive Driver training, Vehicle and Driver Inspection
- Framework Monitoring & Governance of High Risk Suppliers
- All High Risk suppliers to sign off Safety Plan >Target 90%
- All the High risk suppliers to sign off Supplier HSW Policy >Target 90%
- All High Risk Suppliers to declare the Sub Contracting level >Target 90%
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience :
- Expertise in process design, Good communication, MIS, presentation and excel skills
- Implementation & design
- Self-starter and high motivated individual
- Proven track record in developing and implementing operational efficiency and thereby generating synergies
- KPI management and enhancement aligned with business
Other areas are -

3. Training: Conduct Training of key stakeholders
4. Compliance:
- Governance and Monitoring through Balance Scorecards
- Check implementation on ground. (Circle visits)
- Audit framework and reviews
- Plan and launch of Automated tools to monitor HSW
- Warehouse and transportation HSW compliance norms and dashboard
- Monthly Reporting dashboard
- Accident/Incident investigation, root cause analysis and implementation of controls
- Circulation of Incidents, corrective/preventive action and learnings of High Potential, Major & Fatality incidents
5. Audit and review :
- Must have technical / professional qualifications Engineer, + MBA
Years of Experience Max. 10 years of experience in supply chain
