Role : Lead Corporate Business Support and Compliance

Function / Department : Corporate Business Support and Compliance (Finance and Accounts)

Location : Mumbai - Corporate Office

Job Purpose : Business Support and Compliance (Corporate Functions)

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :

1. Business Proposal walkthrough with Business Lead to assess compliance and accounting aspects.

2. Propose accounting positions for further discussion and conclusion with the senior management before audit.

3. Drafting of Accounting Guidelines basis above.

4. Review of the agreements and preparing a snapshot and the accounting treatment and impact of the same on the financials.

5. Understand and implement the changes and development in IND AS and provide updates / briefing to the team.

6. Complete the compliance requirement of the Companies Act, 2013 as notified by the MCA from time to time.

7. Co-ordination with Business lead on closure of the Business proposal with Sign off from Financial Controller.

8. Co-ordination with SSC and Circle Finance Team for alignment of accounting entries as per the Guidance note circulated.

9. Alignment of Business Proposal with IT and development of IT reports for Accounting.

10. Co-ordination for successful completion of UAT for IT reports to be used for accounting and circulation to Circles and SSC.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience :

- In-depth knowledge of Finance/accounts.

- Business Knowledge

- Work Exposure to Big 4 Statutory Auditors background is preferred.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP and Power Point.

Must have technical / professional qualifications : Chartered Accountant

Years of Experience : 3-5
