HR - Partner workforce (Vodafone Idea Limited) - Bangalore/ Hyderabad

Vodafone idea is looking for a dynamic and result oriented HR professional who will mange the employee life-cycle for partner workforce at Karnataka and AP

Key Skills and Responsibilities : 

1. Handle end to end life cycle for partner workforce

2. Coordination with vendor for recruitment/payroll and other partner workforce query resolution

3. Ensuring statutory compliance with respect to ESIC,PF & Gratuity compliance

4. Coordinating on-boarding for new joinees

5. Manage and resolve complex employee relation issue

6. Coordinate Rewards and incentive structure at circle level

Base Location : Banglore

The Profile requires travel between Bangalore and Hyderabad on a frequent basis.
