Job Purpose Manage and grow Revenue for the circle by leveraging pillars of growth (Unlimited penetration) and grow subscriber base through effective retention strategies, Boosting circle 4G UU and Usage, Extracting from network Integration geographies and Circle NPS scores . 1. Drive Complete circle revenue prepaid and Postpaid for the circle . 2. Drive prepaid revenue though effective UnR techniques (drive UL% / grow PF/ drive Combo Voucher / Combo to UL conv/ drive recovery% from decay base /monitor and grow ARPU). 3. Coordinate with Corporate marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure flawless product configurations and implementations. 4. Innovate and create effective modes to deliver results impacting revenue positively. 5.Work closely with BI lead to deliver robust and nimble revenue/ subscriber trackers/ reports to continuously measure business performance in most effective ways. 6. Complete delivery of Churn Numbers : Gross Add/ Quality/ Gross Churn/ Winback/ Net Churn through various CLM initiatives and drivers. 7. Drive MNP with CFT to improve Month on Month Net port ins 8. 4 G Eco system growth | 4G UU growth| NDU to DU conversion| 4G Extraction by driving UL | New site extraction | consolidated site extraction and L900 extraction and VOLTE Scale Up through data and content campaigns . 9. Digital growth though Online campaigns | App Penetration through various drivers 10. Monitoring Acquisition and Quality parameters with sales insights helping teams to improve daily 11. Postpaid Consumer Base and Revenue management Including Upgrade Downgrade | Churn | Packs with non telco benefit penetration| Neo Acquisition 12. Control of Circle NPS parameters showing growth for both brands. 13. Coordinating with brand team for all market facing activities | reckoners| posters DTP| campaigns| Online Campaigns | ATL\ BTL . Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience : - Good understanding of the current prepaid market, especially subscription business techniques. - Good Analytical skills with hands-on experience in database management tools. - Exposure to 121/ CVM process handling shall be added advantage. - Experience in consumer insight and market intelligence. - Must be a go-getter with sharp focus on business deliverables.
