Vodafone Idea - Head - Commercial Excellence - Systems/Process/Audits (10-18 yrs)
This position propels Commercial excellence at Pan-India level (Corporate, Cluster) in the areas of - Processes, Audits, ERP, non ERP systems, Digitalization, Key Transformations like NOVA, S4 Hana and Ariba implementation.
The position spearheads SCM Centre of Excellence by providing 'thought leadership' to People, Processes, Systems and also implements state of the art automations using Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Genetic Algorithm and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities -
This role provides competitive advantages through Design thinking and enhancing organizational bottom-line. Key result areas -
1. Processes: Implement DOA, SCM policies and 21 Commercial processes at Pan India. Ensure process augmentation, governance and compliance.
2. Auditory Compliances: This role handles 11 different audits (Internal, Statutory, TL 9K, Compliance, ICFR, Vendor Derisking, GRC, DLP, ERM, Information Security, Data Privacy) with varying and complex compliances on Pan India basis.
3. SAP ERP Implementations: This role Conceptualizes, Designs and Implements SAP ERP at Pan India level. Path breaking enhancements like DOA implementation, Sourcing, Savings module, Lease Line module, FOC reconciliation module, Business Intelligence, MDM modules and also 60+ ERP implementations are handled in this role.
4. Non ERP Implementations: Design, Development, Execution of 7 non ERP applications (ITCMS, PAM, Ariba CLM, Vendor Portal, Scrap, CPOS, Cosmos) with different, varying complexities and technologies (RPA, AI, GA, ML) requires technical and operational width and depth. Role also identifies monetization opportunities for these systems.
5. Transformation projects: Role creates Digital Supply Chain roadmap & handles its execution. End to End Blueprinting, Rollout, Sustenance and Governance of S4 Hana, Ariba, GRC modules (Org Structure, Masters, MM, EWM, Ariba CLM, SLPM, Sourcing, Commerce Automation, GRC) i.e. SAP ECC to S4 Hana, Oracle to SAP, DSM to CPOS at Pan India level are implemented. Business bottom-line enhancement projects like NOVA are also spearheaded and implemented.
6. Value Creation projects with Cluster Commercial/SSC: Process development, operational excellence and value creation at SSC thereby creating 'Pillars of Excellence'
7. Audits : Internal, stat, vendor governance any other
8. ERP modules: 4 ERP modules (PO, WH, Sourcing, Savings), 4 automations(Lease Line, FOC reconciliation, Business Intelligence, MDM) and 60+ demands are handled
9. Non ERP modules: Modules - COSMOS, CPOS,ITCMS, PAM, Ariba CLM, Vendor Portal, Scrap
10. Transformation projects: Implementing 9 new modules of SAP S4 Hana project, Transformations (ECC to S4 Hana, OFA to SAP, DSM to CPOS), NOVA synergies. Design, Conceptualization, Implementation & Governance are role additions in this profile.
