Function / Department - Embedded Digital Team in Prepaid Marketing
Location - Mumbai
Job Purpose :
The role is accountable for growing and driving data driven digital marketing through digital analysis, world class search, and business intelligence in order to achieve digital campaign targets.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
- Create Digital Marketing Strategy & develop Digital Marketing Calendar & Digital only propositions (as relevant, in collaboration with Prepaid Product Head)
- Drive consideration at top of funnel, make Vi relevant in the ZMOT and the customer decisioning journey & loyalty loop. Complete responsibility of developing full funnel Digital campaigns
- Experience of running social, search, display and other campaigns basis business objective
- Integration with Brand Awareness & Performance Marketing to drive Digital Campaigns
- Experience, and expertise to run data driven programmatic digital marketing. Research, develop and implement best in class digital marketing practices
- Embrace the information available in the larger digital ecosystem using DMPs, etc to enhance customer profiling for curation and targeting & as a source for identifying potential new partnerships that would be relevant
- Responsible for Search Optimisation/Marketing &accelerating traffic to the Digital Assets. SEO, SEM
- Social Media Marketing
- Embrace digital communication platforms (RCS, Whatsapp, Chatbot, Google Business Messaging, etc) fully for D2C communication-
- Support decision management through digital analytics and business intelligence. Appropriate governance & reporting
- Work along with Digital Assets Specialist, Digital Delivery team, Product & Segment & CVM teams for specific campaigns Management and coworking with Media, Search and Analytics Agencies
- Discuss marketing objectives with agency and set measurable performance and financial KPIs
- Knowledge of the digital advertising industry, trends, technologies (DMP, DSP, SSP etc.) and pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, CPI et al)
- KPIs - driving traffic to digital assets, digital campaign outcomes, acquisitions from digital channels, social media engagement metrics/ campaign outcomes/ measurement of virality, digitally recharging base
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:
- Excellent understanding of the Online/Digital marketplace:- trend awareness; industry best practices; competitor analysis.
- Strong consumer understanding
- Knowledge and experience in Digital Media Planning, Web Analytics, Web Promotion, Keyword Research, Online Advertising, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media, SEO, SEM, Website Traffic Optimization, Landing Page Optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- MBA essential
- Minimum of 6 to 8yrs relevant experience essential in Online/Digital organization
- Understanding concept of Agile ways of working
