Job Purpose:
- The PostPaid Product Owner - Digital Acquisition [ referred as NEO] represents the business stakeholders and is the voice of the customer driving cross functional teams, responsible for ensuring that the delivery team delivers value to the business according to the outcome vision
- The role will have one foot in the daily work of the Scrum teams, and one foot in the future. The role will visualize, plan and execute digital products which users love.
- In the daily routine the product owner will work with teams of engineers, designers, digital marketers, analytics experts and user experience and visual designers , sales leads to build & ensure sales of postpaid plans
- This role is responsible for the definition of customer-centric items or user stories designed to maximize on postpaid leads, orders and sales.
- Product owner will be responsible to drive engage and convert online traffic of postpaid acquisition journeys
- Design thinking, host empathy, a familiarity with digital & basic sales / logistics operations, and ability to balance technology with a human touch will be critical for this role.
- The role has the responsibility of working with relevant cross functional teams in Digital Delivery, IT, Sales , Marketing product managers as well as external support agencies for end to end delivery of PostPaid sales
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :
- Make our digital Postpaid propositions visible across all digital properties using both organic as well as paid media. Ensure lead generation at the lowest cost while maximizing volume.
- Make digital journeys integral (simple, intuitive, error free) inbound AND outbound customer interactions/ journeys.
- Develop and define user stories / items and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap
- Responsible for landing page ; UI/UX, Digital journey design including active A/B testing
- Lead generation initiatives on digital assets ( pre to post etc)
- Work with Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Delivery, Digital IT, Postpaid Product/ Segments/ Brand and support teams from external agencies to deliver on all Postpaid sales related initiatives on our digital assets with ownership of end to end delivery
- KPIs: Post Paid Sales via digital lead generation, Cost per lead, order, activation, digital journey digital KPis - such conversions(traffic to order), bounce rate, time on page etc
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:
- Strong knowledge and understanding on digital lead funnel management , UI/UX and analytics

- Knowledge of Agile tools
- Good communication, MIS and MS-excel skills
- Integrity and process oriented individual

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- MBA essential
- Minimum of 6 to 8 yrs relevant experience essential in Online/Digital organization with ecomm / delivery background
- Understanding concept of Agile ways of working
