Head - Operations & Maintenance

Function / Department - Technology/O&M

Location - Mumbai

Job Purpose

To ensure smooth operations of network with a view to deliver enhanced network experience to the customers with full safety compliance

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

- Network upkeep. Maintain CPRNA

- Corrective & preventive maintenance of BSS and MW network

- Ensuring O&M spare availability, Repair and Return for Operations

- MTX Infra Operations Management

- Network efficiency, OPEX cost optimization

- Governance with MS partners , IPs for overall operations

- Estate Management of Operational sites in coordination with IPs

- HSW Compliance of Network employees and partners

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

- Strong Leadership skills with extensive experience of handling Cross functional teams across functions and vendors

- Self-Starter, Customer Focused

- Quick learner, knowledge on change in technological trends.

- Bachelor of Engineering

- Min 10 + years of Experience in Handling Network Projects, Operations and governance of multivendor and multi-technology networks.

Key Performance Indicators

- Radio Network performance management

- Rollout Plan Vs Actuals

- Capex spend as per Plan

- Regulatory/EMF compliance

Must have technical / professional qualifications

- Analytic, In-depth technical knowledge of Radio and MW Network

- SME in 2G, 3G & 4G RAN technologies
