Role : Finance Analyst - Business Finance Operations

Function / Department : NBFO - Finance

Location : Corporate Office, Mumbai

Job Purpose :

- Overall Responsibility of Daily Management Reporting & Analytics

- Weekly Management presentation

- Managing and driving HPM changes/automations and optimum use for accurate reporting

- To analyze operational cost i.e. CoCA

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Daily reporting :

- Focus on consistency in Daily reporting

- Ensure accurate daily reporting. Discussion and coordination with circles for understanding data variances and reporting errors

Weekly Management reporting :

- Preparation of weekly BRM / XLT report and analyzing & highlighting business impacts

Revenue & Cost analysis :

- Revenue and cost analysis for benchmarking and driving efficiency

- Close co-ordination and discussions with circles for understanding business reasons for the KPIs movement

- Analysis of operational cost i.e. CoCA

Automation :

- Driving Automations to ensure minimum manual intervention s in daily and other management reports

- Driving HPM automation and correctness in reporting

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience - Should be analytical skills :

- Should have a sound knowledge of Telecom

- Knowledge of HPM

Must have technical / professional qualifications - Chartered Accountant 

- Years of Experience 1-2 years- experience
