Enterprise Channel Sales

Job Purpose :

- To act as a bridge between the Channel partners the Organization and the Client.

- Increase New Business through mobility and non-mobility products.

- Grow Channel Infrastructure, Channel ROI.

- Manpower management and Productivity.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :

- Deliver SME & SOHO mobility and Non mobility Number as per AOP plan, Capability building of entire team including partners on Behaviors/new products and financial acumen. Focus in all Segments like, LA, GE and Government along with SEM SOHO, Establish non mobility motion ( esp Cloud, IOT, TFS & cloud telephony) improve quality of acquisition & churn reduction.

- Enhance coverage in overall GTM by Introducing focused Channel Partner, partner alliance program. Increase channel and have a robust channel ecosystem for better coverage and reach.

- Scale up FLX and Cloud as a profitable Business across all touch points. Leadership in IOT by engaging Partners.

- Infra as per the Budget guidance, Building Channel ecosystem through planned channel capability roadmap, Ease of doing Business through Digital transformation/Digital processes introduction i.e. payouts/ WFE. Monthly Structured Interlock with Circle and cross functional corporate team to drive hygiene
