Job Purpose :

- Design and deliver an Enterprise Big Data and Advanced Analytics Roadmap with focus on scalable, future-fit Enterprise B2B use cases for CVM

- Deliver big data based external use cases that bring value for enterprise accounts and their customers (B2B2C use cases), thus creating alternate monetisation avenues for the Enterprise business

- Represent VIBS in the overall organisation Big Data strategy and influence prioritisation of VIBS CVM deliverables

- Partner with VIBS digital team to harness power of advanced analytics and AI for real-time contextual customer interventions for CVM

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :

To design an Enterprise Big Data and Advanced Analytics Roadmap that :

- Builds in inputs relevant for CVM from- Enterprise stakeholders across segments, products and associated teams

- To identify opportunities for big data and advanced analytics in the enterprise business for CVM functions and build unique, scalable enterprise use cases

- Taking into account new parameters and business trends, to define business value and growth levers for the future

- To deliver the Enterprise Big Data and Advanced Analytics Roadmap

- By working in close collaboration and engagement with the Big Data Team, building in business insights into the design process for new data models and advanced analytics and create actionable models that add value to business in the form of leads, campaign inputs, definition of enterprise personas, additional business opportunities, data visualisation etc

- Drive model automation to build efficiencies

- Create big data based external use cases that bring value for enterprise accounts and their customers

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience :

- Advanced analytical, quantitative and data interpretation skills

- Big Data and Data Modelling skill sets

- Strong consultative skills in addition to quantitative ability

Must have technical / professional qualifications :

- MBA or Master's degree in economics /statistics / - mathematics

- Strong expertise in advanced analysis tools like SAS, R, Hadoop, Python, etc.
