Job Purpose :
Manage and grow prepaid revenue business for the circle/cluster by leveraging pillars of growth (Unlimited penetration) and grow subscriber base through effective acquisition and retention strategies.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
With almost 80% of circle revenue dependency on prepaid business, the role of prepaid specialist becomes critical as we look to penetrate in priority markets and challenge competition. Key accountabilities of the roles include:-
- Drive crucial revenue agenda for the circle through effective UnR techniques (drive UL% / grow PF/ drive Combo Voucher / Combo to UL conv/ drive recovery% from decay base /monitor and grow ARPU).
- Continuously monitor and dialogue with CVM BDM to maximize revenue agenda through 121 campaigns
- Cross-functional drive with field teams and back-end teams to deliver on agreed projects/deliverables which directly impact revenues and subscriber addition
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:
- Exposure to 121/ CVM process handling shall be added advantage.
Must have technical / professional qualifications - MBA from reputed institute with 5+ years of work experience
