Job Purpose
Our Business Communications & Cloud Store portfolio engages with market across Enterprises, Government and SME sectors to support multiple innovative propositions across SIP, GSIP, TFS, GCS, Cloud telephony & further expected to get enriched with UC, cPaaS and associated solutions. The practice architect is a cluster role, with subject matter expertise in above domain, and associated technologies and platforms. The role is responsible to drive products penetration at clusters level.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Design and develop fixed voice technology solutions, including evaluation of promising technologies and development of evaluation criteria
- Drive and lead the penetration of Business Communications and Cloud Store product practice in the clusters.
- Ability to influence and engage with customers, partners, suppliers and senior management and establish immediate credibility across technical and service skills that are backed by market and delivery experience
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for change and the capability to adapt to changing circumstances. Accountable for compliance to all standards and procedures defined for solutions
- Ensure efforts and solutions align and adhere to the organization's Technical Architecture Framework (TAF) policies, standards and direction as well as Solution Owner requirements
KPI:
- Cluster level product penetration specific to Business Comms and Cloud Store practice.
- Achieve Order Booking targets for the cluster as set under the DB
- Ownership of customized solutions at cluster level to ensure process adherence to deliver first time right sale enabling incremental revenue recognition & CXX.
- Revenue growth and retention strategy support for top accounts in the cluster
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- years of relevant experience in Presales handling Unified Communications Solutions, Collaboration Solutions, Contact centres, Fixed Telephony (PRI/SIP), IN Services, IVR solutions & basic understanding of Data Network. Should have worked on complex solutions for large multinational customers
- understanding of Cloud based Collaboration solution from Cisco, Microsoft Avaya and new OTT entrants (Amazon, Google, WhatsApp, Facebook etc.,)
- understanding and experience to build telecom and IT integration services across IT/ITES/BFSI/M&D/ Media & Services business verticals. Excellent understanding of the business process across these verticals.
- Techno commercial and business acumen, presentation and documentation skills. Customer interaction and engagement exposure.
- certifications from leading vendors like Cisco/Avaya or other Unified communications solutions, Fixed Mobile Convergence etc.
