Role : Portfolio Manager
Job Level Designation : M2 / AGM
Function/Department : Enterprise/Commercials
Location : Mumbai
Job Purpose :
- End to end ownership of market portfolio, tariff portfolio, propositions and capabilities- approvals, configuration, launch and post launch analysis
- Define and run the deal creation process for all national deals
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and work towards automation
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities :
- Strategic Planning
- Co-create the market pricing portfolios for all products
- Revenue Management
- Create guidance around market pricing and tariff portfolio across all product lines
- Define go to market process for propositions and bundles - cascade to circles and segment sales teams
- Product Management
- Strong interface with Product, Finance and IT team to define commercial capabilities, models & propositions
- Feedback to product teams and IT to improve bundle process and customer journeys
- Customer Management
- Create ready commercial bundles and models for speed and faster go to market
- Engage with customer facing teams, hand hold and support cross functional teams as the commercial proposition
- People Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like Product, Finance, IT to launch portfolios & propositions

- Contribution towards DB ; Overall Portfolio performance
- Commercial Innovation ; Launch of commercial propositions, bundles & alliances
- Commercial Initiatives ; Dashboards, Process improvement & projects
- Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Understanding of Enterprise buying behaviours and process
- Business Planning and Financial modelling skills
- Structured approach to decision making and ability to take calculated risks for large and complex deals
- Strong systems and process orientation
- At least 9 years of experience, of which minimum 2 years in sales or product management
- Must have technical / professional qualifications
- Degree in financial discipline preferred
- MBA in Marketing
