Role : IOT Commercial Enablement Manager

Job Purpose :
- To build a customised bidding and pricing vertical for the IoT practice through industry understanding and effectively create a horizontal specific commercial engineering models
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- Commercial Framework: Build and deploy IoT specific commercial models and frameworks. Align the bid evaluation methodologies to specific horizontals - Smart Mobility, Manufacturing and Energy
- Campaign Design: Design and implement national/local campaigns to upsell and cross sell on the existing customer base and on all new IoT propositions
- Cost Ownership: Own all Direct costs ensuring optimised cost of acquisition aligned to the market and the Business case. Own and manage end to end partner negotiations for IoT
- Platform Commercial readiness: Own the commercial readiness of order management, plan production and billing platforms unique to VITSL all the way till collection
- Operational Efficiency: Work closely with the central VIBS commercial function, IoT Product and Partner team to continuously improve commercial operating efficiencies

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- 7-9 years of experience in pricing, domain knowledge in commercial management
- Ability to understand market dynamics and play to the changing rules of the business
- An understanding of costing structures and optimisation methods
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
