Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and Leading the End to End HR Operations in the circle
- Coordinate with the central recruitment team to close the circle level vacancy
- Driving the diversity agenda for the circle
- Providing significant improvements in HR practices within the business unit through several initiatives
- Ensuring prompt resolution of staff grievances related to various HR policies to maintain cordial management-employee relations
- Increased motivation and positive morale through direct interaction with managers and employees on a day to day basis.
- Strengthened operational efficiencies by bringing in automation and innovation
- Promoting meritocracy and a culture that addresses poor performance.
- Effective Employee Relation and liaison in the B.U. Open House, Focus Groups, Skips etc. Presenting HR updates in review meets.
