MNP as % RGA
- Acquisition churn /T4M retention
- Base upgrade revenue
- Enterprise (non-mobility) revenue
- No. of profitable Large Format Stores
- No. of profitable franchisees as per normative profitability grid (basis townclass)
Overall COCA/RGA : actual vs budget
Adherence to Cluster/Circle Retail Opex budget
KRAs:
1. 100% HSW Compliance and Zero fatality
2. NIP Penetration: %ge frontline earning at least 90% of target payout
3. Improve Gender balance in the team by 5% over LY
4. Reduction in Associate and FTE attrition
5. % of team completing recommended learning modules
