Hyperion Product SME & Project Manager

Hyperion and MyWorld Product SME & Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects across EPM Hyperion products suite and manage its associated transformation programs primarily for Finance business functions.

- Manage and improve delivery quality and provide level 3 production supports.

- One of the key responsibilities will be to manage transformation projects for Hyperion, due to technical platform or large scale business process changes or basis global roadmap for Enterprise Performance Management program.

- Hyperion Product SME & Project Manager have to work closely with demand managers to deliver approved Finance business demands and work in close co-ordination with AO teams for timely and hassle-free deployments into production.

Responsible for managing following applications:

- Hyperion Financial Management- IFRS

- Hyperion Financial Management- IGAAP

- Hyperion Financial Management- IFRS planning

- Hyperion Financial Management- India IFRS

As Hyperion Product SME & Project Manager have to manage teams of technical and functional resources for Hyperion. Also will be responsible for planning, design, documentation, development and pre-QA testing of demands/change requests related to Hyperion applications and supporting production environment through level 3 supports.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 5]:

- Project delivery plan along with solution design to be delivered within agreed SLAs

- Delivery of approved demands within agreed timelines

- Review & Report programs involving large demands for risks, issues/delays with focus on delivering value to business stakeholders

- Participate and update program steering committees and report updates Group ERP Head and business

- Seamless working with demand management team and End to End ADM solution team for e2e solution designs and quick requirements analysis for arriving early estimates for business cases

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

- Overall 10 + years of IT experience, majority in Enterprise Performance Management domain

- Min 4 years of experience as project manager.

- Experience in project management tools and techniques.

- 7 years in Hyperion Implementation & project management, lastly worked as project manager for large size organization.

- Demonstrated experience with Hyperion product suite viz Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Enterprise, and Hyperion Financial management.

- Strong experience of resolution of issues related to Group submission and post-production 3rd line support

- Strong knowledge of estimation techniques, development and test quality benchmarks and experience to arrive at a framework connecting those together

- Strong Hands-on Experience of Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Enterprise, and Hyperion Financial management.

- Experience to manage large projects.

- Exposure to various development methodologies as well as solution frameworks

- Must have managed large teams in the past, strong contractual understanding

- Experience to interact with senior business and IT executives

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with program stakeholders

- Confidence to liaise with important stakeholders of any level.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- Strong analytical and presentation skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Clear, concise business communication style with attention to details

- Experience to interact with senior business and IT executives

- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) as an educational qualification will be desirable
