Distribution Area Manager(AM-Consumer)

Location : Multiple locations within MPCG

Role Purpose :

- Performs essential functions in the areas of achievement of sales target, process improvement,distribution management, people development and self development.

- Improves sales process including reduction in SAC as per targets, ensures invoicing/recharge stocks/FOS norm. Ensures people development through Training & Value-addition to PFLs and Trade FOS.

- Also responsible for zero percent manpower attrition of VG candidates only, maintains leadership share of minimum 50% within private GSM in all premium and A+ retailers and ensures self development through value addition to self.

Key Accountabilities :

- Ensures quality through Visibility Audit scores of greater than 80%, POI greater than 95%.

- Improves sales process including reduction in SAC as per targets, ensures invoicing/recharge stocks/FOS norm and competition tracking of all activities for 10 identified outlets.Ensures achievement of Prepaid Gross.

Inventory Management :

- Planning and ensuring smooth supply through commerce

- Marketing branch wise of sim, re-charges, e-top up & STV month on month in time.

Distribution Management :

- Creates one Model Distribution set-up.

- Responsible for Distribution Management including number of towns covered directly and indirectly.

- Responsible for Distributor Appraisals, relationship and Return-on-Investment management.

Relationship :

- Maintains relationship with trade partners by conducting trade meeting at least once in two months.

- Manages all Active Retailers as per targets including SIM retail, Act retail etc.

Developmental :

- Ensures people development through Training & Value-addition to PFLs and Trade FOS.

- Responsible for zero percent manpower attrition of VG candidates only.

- Maintains leadership share of minimum 50% within private GSM in all premium and A+ retailers.

- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute.

- Minimum 6-8 years of field sales experience

- Ability to achieve expected targets.

- Good coordination skills.

- Good networking skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Quality conscious.
