Role : Deputy Manager-Branch Accounting

Job Responsibility :

- Daily interface reconciliation for between CPOS, Etop Server, SAP.

- Daily tracking of funds received from channel Partners and ensure 100% invoicing.

- Sales Order Vs. Payment Matching Vs. billing .

- E bill & E top Primary billing and matching with Server on daily basis.

- Managing of interface mapping of BSCS & CPOS.

- Opening of Customer & Vendor Code in SAP.

- Full & Final Settlement of Distributors & Associate Distributors.

- Monthly circulation of Distributor account statements.

- Bank Reconciliation Prepaid collection account.

- Monthly reconciliation of Ebill server balance vs. books.

- One point contact for any issue related to channel Primary billing.

- More creative and automation in process.

CA/ MBA with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
