Location : Chennai-Tamil Nadu-India

- To perform essential function of increase the roaming and VAS revenue

- To maintain continuous interaction with content vendors, roaming partners for international tie-ups and renewal

- To coordinate with different departments like network and CS for service quality

Operational- VAS

- Work with the content partners to get new VAS services on board

- Work with the corporate team to make the recommendation engine work for TN circle in a far better way

- Maintain content and VAS service hygiene of the existing services

- Jointly work with the CS and technology team on customer issues and User interface enhancements

Operational - roaming

- Top cell site audits, continuous checks of network links with switch Test Drives.

- Up selling of roaming proposition suited to different customer segments

- Jointly work with Pre, post and campaign product team to upsell roaming proposition

- Checks on daily MOU, Operator wise and Cell site wise reports

- Usage of in roamers & out roamers

Revenue

- Increase VAS revenue - Pre+ Post

- Achieve in roamer and out roamer revenue as per budget

- Increase actual national out roamer

- Increase number of international out roamer subscriptions

Coordination

- Circle wise increase in international tie ups as required (Post-paid & prepaid) Bench mark with best in class Circle
