Responsibilities - Work closely with the product development and UI designing team to design and implement application intelligence - Plan and structure overall analytics and business intelligence strategy regarding launch and development of new products. - Ownership of full analytics and tracking - Propose and champion usability improvements based on analysis of UX data - Conduct data analysis to make product recommendations (impact analysis). - Identify key insights and translate large volumes of complex data into business solutions - Help Product team to articulate and run A/B tests - Help Product Managers and Business Owners to focus on key decisions to improve products and services - Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs Requirements: - 1-2 years of work experience in user data analytics (internships included) is a must - UG from a top-tier school - Bachelors in Engineering from Computer Science, Mathematics or related domains preferred - Prior work experience in analytics preferred - Strong knowledge of business and web analytics, modern web-based technologies, web-architecture and user experience strategies - Strong problem-solving skills using quantitative and qualitative data analysis and interpretation
