Responsibilities: - Manage end to end product customisation and delivery process for a suite of products; collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to lead the delivery process and ensuring quality and timely execution - Work with Client Success team to understand and gather the exact client requirements, work with different internal teams to address client queries, concerns and request pre, during and post client launch - Handle the post-launch customer experience and prioritise the work for the team as per criticality and client requirement - Manage the project execution for strategic client partners and ensure that their requirements are met - Track all existing problems, consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams and route to the correct team for resolution - Work with other product managers to improve and automate the processes around launch and product improvements - Track the product usage and present the weekly reports on usage me - Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs. Improve data analytics capabilities by driving platform intelligence using algorithms and logics - Perform day-to-day analysis of all product related initiatives to make recommendations to optimize product's functioning to enhance customer experience Requirements: - MBA with 1 - 3 years of work experience in IT Service Delivery oriented structure (MBA from a top B-school preferred) - Tech orientation is a must. Strong technical skills and capabilities to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologies - Experience of driving/assisting cross functional project will be a plus - Excellent communication skills to formulate and articulate technical and value points - Very high bar for quality and dedication to get the work done. Strong analytical rigor to identify and resolve issues - Role has a direct impact on customer experience. Customer centric approach is a must - Computer Skills: Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets (excel) and PowerPoint - Initiative: Ability to work with limited supervision within a team with high-level of individual initiative
