Responsibilities: - Produce impactful and insightful content for the Product to improve User experience - Plan and implement the overall analytics and business intelligence strategy regarding launch and development of new products - Work with data analytics team in building capabilities driving intelligence and scalability - Collaborate with technology teams to make recommendations to optimize product &amp; functioning to drive sales and enhance client experience - Identify key insights and translate large volumes of complex unstructured/structured text data into business solutions and integration with products - Understand data analysis requirements, data definitions and to develop data mappings, data rules, and data transformations Requirements: - 0-2 years of work experience in analytics (internships included) as a product analyst - UG from a top-tier schools only - Bachelors in Engineering from Computer Science, Mathematics or related domains preferred - Working knowledge of data intelligence and analysis techniques and tools- especially Text data with Product execution focus - Proficient in MS-Office- Excel, Word, Power point - Strong knowledge of business/web analytics and user experience strategies - Strong problem-solving skills using quantitative and qualitative data analysis and interpretation - Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle multiple products
