Objective : Ensure selection of highly qualified and engaged professionals to join the organization. Responsibilities: - Understand needs of the hiring managers to ensure shortlisting and selection of the best candidates for every position - Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, specialized sites etc.) - Coordinate end to end recruiting process including creating pipeline of candidates, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling face to face interviews - Create best-in-class recruitment strategies to enable recruitment of the top tech and managerial talent from across the country - Devise new, innovative approaches to recruitment outreach and selection process of top-tiered talent for all open positions - Support team in managing a competitive recruitment marketing campaign that includes online campaigns, recruitment events and associated recruitment activities - Develop and implement evaluation metrics and analytics (time to hire etc.) to measure recruitment achievements and to help further refine the existing processes - Involvement in ad-hoc projects across HR - Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Requirements : - 1-2 years of experience post MBA in product and technical recruitment - Well-rounded HR functional depth, business exposure and global orientation - Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures - Domain knowledge of the entire end to end recruitment life cycle including being familiar with technical hiring - Excellent communication and people skills - Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) - Organized and attention to detail - Work effectively with internal partners and candidates, with the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice - Ability to work under pressure, stretched working hours within the challenging demands of a start-up environment - Deliver results in a rapid time bound manner
